Open Access Policy
The Indus Journal of Science is committed to open access for all its published content. All articles are immediately and permanently free for anyone to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts.

Copyright and Licensing
Authors retain the copyright to their work and grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish and distribute the article. All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). This means:

  • Attribution: Others must give appropriate credit to the original author(s).

  • Non-Commercial: The material cannot be used for commercial purposes.

  • Share-Alike: If others remix, adapt, or build upon the material, they must distribute their contributions under the same license as the original.

Author Rights
As the copyright holder, the author retains all rights to their work without restriction. This includes the right to:

  • Reprint the article in a book or compilation of their work.

  • Use the article in presentations, lectures, or classroom teaching.

  • Post the article on institutional or personal websites.

  • Authorize others to use the work for non-commercial purposes, as granted by the CC BY-NC-SA license.

Commercial Use
For any use of the article that is primarily intended for commercial advantage or monetary compensation, third parties must obtain explicit permission directly from the author(s), who hold the copyright. The journal, as the publisher, does not hold the authority to grant permission for commercial uses.
