Refund Policy

The Indus Journal of Science offers a full refund for any subscription that is canceled within 30 days of purchase. 

After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. However, if the journal is not to your satisfaction, you may contact the customer service department to discuss a possible exchange or other arrangement.

The refund policy is subject to change without notice. Please contact the customer service department for the most up-to-date information.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind about the Indus Journal of Science refund policy:

• The refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the request.
• The refund will be made to the same method of payment that was used to purchase the subscription.
• If the subscription was paid for with a gift card, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift card.
• The refund policy does not apply to single-issue purchases or back issues.
