Paper Prints Policy

The Indus Journal of Bioscience Research (IJBR) does not charge authors for publication. However, there is an Article Processing Charge (APC) of \$300 for the publication of each accepted article. This APC is used to cover the costs of peer review, editing, and publication.

The APC can be paid by the author or by their institution. If the author is unable to pay the APC, they can request a waiver. Waivers will be granted on a case-by-case basis, and the author must provide justification for the request.

The APC for the IJBR is lower than the APCs of many other journals. This is because the IJBR is a new journal and is still trying to establish itself. The journal hopes to eventually be able to waive the APC altogether.

The IJBR's paper prints policy is as follows:

  • Accepted articles will be published online ahead of print.
  • The journal will print a limited number of hard copies of each issue.
  • The hard copies will be distributed to libraries and other institutions.
  • Authors will receive a complimentary copy of the hard copy of their article.

The journal reserves the right to change its paper prints policy at any time.
